Do you have different types of machines?

We have a range of machines - click on the icons below to discover more about their special characteristics.  Our machines come in a variety of sizes with the smallest being only 70cm wide.  Whilst our standard machine colour is black we can also offer them in a variety of colours and even in a brushed steel finish.

Do your machines accept banknotes or credit cards?

Most of our machines accept banknotes as well as coins and give change.  Some of our latest machines accept Chip & PIN credit and debit cards with the payments authorised over the mobile phone network.  We can also integrate our machines with in-house cashless payment systems.

Is it possible to customise a machine?

Absolutely - we can customise a machine just for you!  Together we’d create a mix of products that we think would work for the site then we send this list of products to our factory in Germany. They then test any new products and tell us the best layout for the machine.  This ensures the products won’t get stuck when they vend so everyone’s happy!

How do you monitor the machines?

All of our machines have clever little boxes in them that send us information every day over the mobile phone network.  This allows us to keep an eye on them to check they’re working and see what they’ve been selling!  We can print off sales reports or download the data for you into a spreadsheet so you can analyse it to your heart’s content!
