We provide a fully managed vending service so there really is nothing for you to do!

To best explain how we work, let’s answer the most common questions we’re asked…

What do you do?

We supply you with the type of machine most appropriate for your venue.  We keep it stocked up, clean and deal with any service issues. You don’t need to do anything!

What will it cost me?

Absolutely nothing!  Provided the machine reaches a minimum level of turnover we don’t charge you a penny for providing you with our vending service.  In fact, we pay you!

What, you pay me?!

Yep, that’s right!  As a way of saying thank you for giving us an opportunity to place a machine with you we pay you a commission based on a percentage of sales.

Am I committing to a long-term contract?

Not at all - we believe that if you’re happy with our service you’ll keep us busy looking after your machine.  However, if you decide you no longer want the service then give us a call and we’ll take the machine away!

How do you know when to visit the machine?

All of our machines have clever little boxes in them that send us daily sales information over the mobile phone network.  This allows us to schedule visits and bring the right stock to re-fill them so your machine’s never empty!

What happens if there’s a problem with my machine?

Each of our machines display our 0800 VendFone number which connects you to a VendEase operator ensuring any issues are dealt with by us, not you!  In the unlikely event of a problem, one of our engineers will be despatched to fix it.
